How America’s Primary Season Has Sparked ‘Civil War’ Within Anonymous

23

It is not exactly breaking news to say that America’s primary election season has become a complete circus. Right now the United States is actually deciding between electing a women who is currently under criminal investigation by the FBI or a man who’s foreign policy entails banning an entire religion. Something we in the industry refer to as a zero sum game for most of America and the rest of the civilized world.

In the last few months “the lame stream media” has been reporting and weighing in on Anonymous hacks and operations, something very much out of the ordinary. As you might expect the pundits and headlines have been decidedly negative and have sparked a lot of internal discussion within Anonymous circles. Most recently The Guardian published an article “Anti-Trump Campaign Sparks Civil War Among Anonymous Hackers.” In the article the author goes on to explain how many people within the Anonymous collective are upset that other members of Anonymous have taken public sides in a political debate and how these groups are now targeting one another.

Examples of Conflicting Messages

The article goes on to quote several Anonymous sources whom have spoke out publicly on the matter. As one group states “We are feeling deeply concerned about an operation that was launched in our name – the so-called Operation Trump. We – Anonymous – are warning you about the lies and deceits pushed under our banner.” A second source which supports the operation goes on to say “There has been large amounts of opposition to this operation as many think that OpTrump aims to censor Donald Trump’s free speech, this is not the case. We do NOT stand for a specific political ideology.” A third source then weighed in on the banter going on to point out how many groups have been ““actively attempting to subvert and misuse Anonymous for their own gains. They are both using Anonymous as a prop in their ‘war’ and it is a lie. Anonymous comes from every part of the political spectrum, the only things we could be all (mostly) aligned on are against the censorship of candidates by the media or against human rights violations or similar.” The same source later went on to point out the obvious fact that almost anyone can make a video mimicking the group pretending to speak on behalf of the movement.

As you can see just by the nature of being ‘Anonymous’ it is fairly easy to get a quote from anyone claiming to be part of the collective and pass it off as journalism. This is at least a small part of the problem we observe here. For all of the main stream media suddenly interested in reporting on Anonymous affairs we would like to take this time to better educate you on the workings of Anonymous. No one can claim speak on behalf of the entire Anonymous collective and no single statement will ever define what Anonymous is or what it stands for. Understand that Anonymous is microcosm of society. Just as there are many people who exist in society with different religions, morals, ethnicity, religions, backgrounds – the same can be said about Anonymous. It is as simple as that, it is not nearly as mysterious and complicated as some reporters make it out to be.

Over the last few months a new Anonymous group has arose called the Anonymous Intelligence Agency and they have prepared their first video to address not only the divide within Anonymous but within American society in general. Political ideologies and opinion do not make people enemies, no one is meant to agree on everything and this is perfectly alright. If we really want a better world and a better country we have to work together, not fight one other. The more divided and segregated the people of this nation become, the more powerful the government becomes….

  1. I thought Anonymous was about investigating and reporting the truth? As long as that is what you keep doing, you get to “endorse” different candidates based on what you believe. That’s freedom, right? So what if different Anonymous folks support different people. As long as you report the truth! They all lie…
“stretch the truth”. Sadly. We each get to decide which lies are important to each of us. I hope you keep doing what you’re doing… and Watch those damn voting machines!! Thank you!

  2. Actually, Hilary is not under a “criminal” investigation by the FBI. A little fact checking might be in order. Also, if you are interested, try investigating the conspiracy against both Bill and Hill which has gone on for years.

    • I don’t know why I am wasting time with this reply talking to someone like you….

“Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, for he will despise the good sense of your words” PROVERBS 23:9
“A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing their opinion” PROVERBS 18:2

But Anyways….”Late last summer, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey, met with John Giacalone, the bureau official responsible for everything from counterterrorism to counterintelligence across the U.S. Giacalone, a fireplug of a man who started out as a New York City field agent battling organized crime in the 1990s, wanted to brief Comey on a high-profile issue that had been referred to the bureau by the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. Emails found on the private, unclassified server used by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State contained classified information; Giacalone’s National Security Branch wanted to investigate how the secrets got there and whether anyone had committed a crime in the process.” Source: http://time.com/4276988/jim-comey-hillary-clinton/

  3. I agree with the premise that it is up to the US citizens to take responsibility. But the video makes a TREMENDOUS error in stating that taxpayers pay for US Govt programs. This is a fallacy that the monied interests controlling the politicians want to perpetrate. US Federal income taxes do NOT pay even one cent for ANY US programs. US Federal Income taxes never become part of the M1, M2, M3 or any other money supply. The only function of US Federal taxes is to remove money from circulation. There is no “account” that US Federal income taxes are “put into” to pay for US Federal programs. US Federal programs are paid for by US dnget and the Fed creates the money to pay for the programs in that budget. Sometimes those programs aren’t in the budget, e.g. the Iraq war and the $16 TRILLION that came out of the Fed to finance the Banks who created the 2008 financial catastrophe. But none of that was paid for by US Federal income taxes. The US Govt creates ALL the money it needs because the US is monetarily sovereign. Please study and understand monetary sovereignty. It is a critical concept for understanding the monetary reform necessary to move civilization out of the neo-Malthusian mindset of scarcity.

  4. I wish more people understood the insanity of our “two party” system of oppression. How do they expect to focus on relevant issues if they wallow in personality? Dr. Ben Carson was the only true constitutionalist that understood the power has always been in The People, individual humans, who willing united for a cause, but retained their personal tights in all things. They enjoyed their rights by concentrating on respecting the rights of others.
Everyone that was represented by the Declaration of Independence is gone, unless we intentionally take back our power we are not represented by anyone else. No other human can give you your power, you already have it, no POTUS can “fix” America, only You can. Educate yourself, understand your standing, to have a different America, BE a different American.
The is only one race, the Human race, there is only one American, the Patriot.
    Take back your power.

  5. Kudos for a well-written obfuscation by facts! There are many who greatly appreciate what you accomplish on our behalf, myself being one of them. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

  6. I expected this eletion to be a grand time for anonymous I am sad to see the powers that be seceded in there plot

  7. Dear Anonymous community, as i read this article it would seen that the reason for the splitting needs to be addressed at its root. Whenever you have a community working on something together it is important to set the goals precisely (on a document) so that all can be clear on what they are doing and work for the same cause, with the same purpose and vision in mind, and that people join and work together for the purpose of that cause or vision, weather it is world peace, or exposing the evils of this world etcs. Unless you do this, create a greater vision that unifies what you work for, you will always risk having people divide. People make mistakes, and so some of you too might make mistakes, (like what you did to trump might seem to some people in your community), but as long as the greater goal is clear, and it is one based on good intension, i believe can be worked out. you have done some great things together, so please don t give up and seperate. with love, anonymous

  8. The comments and the entire story here make no sense. It talks as if Anonymous is one group instead a collective of many groups. One even says that we should have a centralized document for all Anons to get info. One document?

What Anonymous as a whole needs is more smaller pockets of Anons working as a cell with communication to other cells to get more involved. Endorsing candidates should be left out entirely, but Anonymous holds free thought and free speech to be the most important rights of all men.

I personally frequent three different “Anonymous-es” while running with a fourth cell myself. This is the future of Anonymous. Remember, it is not one group. There is no one leader. Therefore, it cannot be in a “Civil War” or have a centralized document. Anonymous is an idea, peole… and I think many are forgetting that.

    • I generally agree with what you are saying. I, too, agree that Anon needs to split itself out into many groups in order for the organization to continue. Where the majority of Anon went wrong (those douche-bags behind OP Trump, OP ISIS, Op Belgium and OP Cruz ..etc) is that they are no longer objective. They have all taken sides and they have all blatantly accepted bias. Hence, this very site, which spews BS articles more times than not. Anon needs to remain neutral and work for the greater good. It can only do so by maintaining a destabilized hierarchy. Also Anon seems to have forgotten about the number one rule. For the Lulz. If only more people remembered this simple principle Anon would be in better shape. Also (take note) Anon should maybe… I don’t know… provide their sources instead of sighting “Well I Saw it on Wikileaks…” Links or it didn’t happen.

  9. This is why anon needs a sort of head cheese, not in the sense that they would govern the actions of anon but just so we would have a trusted source of information, if we all gave a small head of people in anon our ideas they as a trusted source could leak it to the rest of the collective without having to play the telephone game in the process, just a thought, don’t mind me, im just a repair man 😛

  10. Abortion, candidates, death penalty, race, religion, etc. These are the types of issues that keep us in line. As long as we allow issues like these to keep us divided as a whole, we are like cattle. Easily herded and controlled. To keep us under the thumbs of the elite. Accept it or not. The truth has no conscience, or morals, nor does it choose sides. Believe it or not, no matter what you do, it will remain.

  11. There was a time when Americans believed in freedom.

The US is dying from a million cuts. Part of the reason the USA is a nanny police state now is that whenever there is a problem, the kneejerk reaction in the US is to call for a new law.

Nanny state laws are not the best solution, however. Nanny state laws lead to more laws, higher fines, and tougher sentences. Thirty years ago, DWI laws were enacted that led to DWI checkpoints and lower DWI levels. Seatbelt laws led to backseat seatbelt laws, childseat laws, and pet seatbelt laws. Car liability insurance laws led to health insurance laws and gun liability laws. Smoking laws that banned smoking in buildings led to laws against smoking in parks and then bans against smoking in entire cities. Sex offender registration laws led to sex offender restriction laws and violent offender registration laws.

Nanny state laws don’t make us safer, either. Nanny state laws lead people to be careless since they don’t need to have personal responsibility anymore. People don’t need to be careful crossing the street now because drunk-driving has been outlawed and driving while using a cellphone is illegal. People don’t investigate companies or carry out due diligence because businesses must have business licenses now.

The main point of nanny state laws is not safety. The main purposes of more laws are control and revenue generation for the state.

Another reason laws are enacted is because corporations give donations to lawmakers to stifle competition or increase sales.

Many laws are contradictory, too. Some laws say watering lawns is required, while other laws say watering lawns is illegal.

Many nanny state laws that aim to solve a problem can be fixed by using existing laws. If assault is already illegal, why do we need a new law that outlaws hitting umpires?

Nanny state laws are not even necessary. If everything was legal would you steal, murder, and use crack cocaine? Aren’t there other ways to solve problems besides calling the police? Couldn’t people educate or talk to people who bother them? Couldn’t people be sued for annoying behavior? Couldn’t people just move away? Even if assault was legal, wouldn’t attackers risk being killed or injured, too? Do people have consciences? Having no laws doesn’t mean actions have no consequences.

If there is no victim, there is no crime.

We don’t need thousands of laws when we only need 10.

Freedom is not just a one way street. You can only have freedom for yourself if you allow others to have it.

Should swimming pools be banned because they are dangerous? Hammers? Bottles? Rocks? Energy drinks? Pillows?

Control freaks might get angry when a neighbor owns three indoor cats, but what did the neighbor take from them? Why should this be illegal? Is outlawing cats something a free country should do? Doesn’t banning everything sound like the opposite of freedom?

Instead of getting mad at people who like freedom, why don’t people realize that freedom is a two way street?

If you allow others to paint their house purple then you can, too.

If you allow others to own a gun then you can, too.

If you allow others to swear then you can, too.

If you allow others to gamble then you can, too.

Who wants to live in a prison?

    Think. Question everything.
