It’s been two weeks since a baby dolphin was yanked from the ocean and passed around for selfies – contributing to its early death, but the outrage sparked by animal rights activists apparently did little to prevent the same from happening again…

Two weeks after a mob of unintelligent tourists snatched a baby dolphin from the ocean and passed it around for selfies – ultimately contributing to its early death, a group of men in Florida have basically done the same thing…

As is captured in the video above, several figures dragged a shark from the ocean and posed with it before releasing it into the water.

The footage, captured by Florida news anchor Ashleigh Walters, does not reveal how long the shark was out of its natural habitat. However, it is noted that the fish appeared weak and disoriented when it was finally released.

Walters also notes that the shark was later taken farther out to sea and didn’t resurface “for several minutes.”

Shark fishing may be legal in North America, but that doesn’t make the ugly actions of the male beachgoers acceptable. Or does it?

  1. might sound a little drastic. but i would’ve just eaten it. shark is pretty good when you brine it right. and yes, sometimes, you get your food from not the grocery store/takeout window. and yes, i also get that that wasn’t this guys aim. but I would’ve totally eaten the little beast.

  2. So sad. But the worst part i find even not that guy. He would not probably do it on a first place, but those laughing girls. They are women and supose to have more compassion. I find them worse then that guy.

  3. i don’t see anything wrong with this? the shark was taken out of the water for a very short time and went back to the water.. it didn’t die seedcase of it? The shark was out of the water for LESS THEN A MINUTE… by the looks of the video it was caught on a line, just cutting the line is actually worse for the shark then getting the shark onto the beach and taking out the hook. calling him an idiot is a bit far. in fact society goes too far at trying to save animals. yes there is a case for overfishing ect but. Humans are above animals.. we are the apex predator… im sure as H3ll not going to become a vegetarian just because someone is offended at killing. so harden up.

  4. Someone needs to drag that man-bun douchbag to the bottom of the ocean and let the sharks take selfies with him. And he can see how it feels what a dumb ass
