69 year old, degraded former Deputy Speaker of the Lords from Gilcomstoun, Lord Sewel, has been having a lot of fun recently, criticizing some of the UK’s top politicians, although, he is yet to criticize himself.
The married deputy speaker was forced to resign in his high-end position when he was caught on camera allegedly snorting cocaine and entertaining himself with two expensive prostitutes.
Sewel was recorded during his session with the two £200-a-night prostitutes (around US $312) at his Dolphin Square flat in Westminster, branding David Cameron as “the most facile, superficial prime minister there’s ever been” and that “He just shoots from the hip. He is false. He makes one-off commitments and cannot deliver.”
According to footage obtained by The Sun, Sewel also branded the MP behind the Scottish independence referendum, Alex Salmond, as a “silly, pompous prat”.
The Sun also reported Sewel mentioning that the Labour leaders were “in a fucking mess”.
Sewel also shared comments regarding the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, “He plays well in London because they like a cheeky chappie.” and “a joke” adding that he is a “public school upper class twit.”
“Can you present Boris Johnson in Preston, in Burnley, in Manchester? No, they just think he’s an arsehole”.
An Anonymous woman, who’s voice was disguised, asked Sewel a question regarding the former Labour prime minister, Tony Blair’s decision to go to war in Iraq. Lord Sewel stated that it was “because he fell in love with George Bush,” also stating that Blair’s wife was “obsessed with money”. During the conversation with the woman, Sewel appears to be gradually finishing off a bottle of what appears to be whisky.
Lord Sewel also announced that Yvette Cooper was “OK but not strong”, Liz Kendall was “a Blair supporter who is just too naive” and mentioned that Jeremy Corbyn was a “useless”, “romantic idiot”.
Another person he has criticized is Andy Burnham, claiming that he has been “terribly contradictory” and “goes whichever way the wind is blowing”.
The most amazing ending to this huge list is that he has actually said something positive about one of the politicians, George Osborne. Sewel said that Osborne was a “very, very consummate politician” who would one day be prime minister.
There is now talk of Lord Sewel possibly becoming the first peer ever to be expelled from the parliament under new rules that he helped to put in place.
Sewel resigned as Deputy Speaker of the Lords last Sunday and also parted from his role, Chairman of Committees.
He was at first a Labour peer before resigning to fill in the open position as the official role in the House of Lords and was formally known as a “non-affiliated member”.
In summary, Lord Sewel has been criticizing far to many of the people around his work collective without watching his own actions, and may now be facing criminal charges. Regarding the cocain, prostitutes and who knows how many other criminal cases this man has left to enter upon.
