Media Falsified Chant To ‘Kill a Cop’ Pre-NYPD Officer Killings

We’re all aware of how the media can skew facts for their benefit, but when they put the livelihood of protesters at risk for the sake of ratings, it isn’t that simple. WBFF (Fox45) has apologized to its viewers, online and on air, for the misleading edit of a protest march that took place in Washington in late December.

The falsified edit of the protest presented protesters chanting, ‘kill a cop,’ when in actuality they were chanting, ‘we won’t stop, we can’t stop, ‘til killer cops are in cell blocks,’ in response to the lead marcher, Baltimore resident, Tawanda Jones. The protest was being held to invoke a response to the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases.

Anchorman Jeff Barnd apologized on behalf of the Fox affiliated station in the wake of the two NYPD officers who were gunned down execution style.

The claim is that it was an ‘honest misunderstanding.’ However, the pre-edit of the video is no longer available for viewing.

  1. Never trust fox. They knew damn well what they were doing and the effect it would have. They are not a news organization but an opinion channel created to force people to think as they do as per their outdated bigoted agenda

  2. To be fair, don’t trust any of them. FOX is disgusting, but MSNBC is not better. All in all they both defend their own agendas. CNN realized it was following the wrong path and decided to fix it a little bit. But just a little.
In the end, don’t get your information knowing it comes from one side only, try to get it from opposite sides- even if you don’t agree with it- and make your own opinion.
Unfortunately nowadays serious reporting is going after the money. Left, Right, all the same BS.
