The guard’s physical actions are putting out an arm to avoid the verbally aggressive individual (who was trespassing), and then reaching out to grab him when he refuses to actually leave. In no way do the guards prevent the individual from leaving, meaning this person is intentionally staying and continuing to trespass, even after being told to leave. Thus the grab, in what was likely an attempt to make some version of a citizen’s arrest, was warranted. The first unwarranted physical action was the trespasser’s punching the guards. This is an actual act of violence, as opposed to the guard’s preventative measures of stiff arming and apprehensive measure of the attempted grab. Because he was both trespassing and threw the first punch, I’m definitely going to have to put the blame on the bmx rider here.
Yes, Anonymous will support any individual over someone in uniform. Some posters for Anonymous need to remember that the people in uniform aren’t the bad guys. They are people like us, who have to follow the rules or they loose their source of income. Tbh I pity these people as they are the slaves of the thing Anonymous is trying to free us from.
Well, if you look closely you can see how the cop that got hit in the face, right before he kneed the guy with the white shirt on the ribs, it may not have looked like a strong hit but even a small hit can give you big breathing problems.

It doesnt matter, a security guard ins’t allowed to bring a person down. On the other side he is allowed to keep them handcuffed til the police shows up. In the video you can see the ”guard” is trying to reach him, then jumps him. Which is not allowed from their side since the victim wasn’t trying to harm them. Noting more can be discussed because that’s all we saw in the video.

The security guard put his hand on the first biker prior to the biker attacking. You are not required to take the first hit in order to be legitimately defending yourself. All you require is a reasonable fear of loss of life or physical injury and the situation has to be such that the other party could realistically attack you. If those things are in place you can strike the first blow (never mind someone touching you.) If you do this to an actual police officer you will find that it is almost impossible to claim self defense if you are “deterring and officer from carrying out his job…” Not the same issue with security guards. The biker was basically walking away, they were following. If they needed to detain the guy they should have called the police.

Listened to it with audio the first time. I still say the first security guard should not have been putting his hands on the biker (which he did first.) This could give the biker a claim of attacking in self defense… on the other hand the biker was clearly looking for a fight… and as for security guards having to put up with stuff like this… they should be prepared for it (it is a horrible job. He should have de-escalated by stepping back and not putting his hand out. It also sounds from the bikers reaction near the beginning that the guard said something insulting which set the biker off. I have changed my mind about whether I thought the biker should be charged though (yes, he should) because he was asking for it.
The headline glorifies what happened; however, civilian one seemed to be a bit cocky and arrogant, had the opening to simply walk away. This hardly seems like a human rights/nasty pigs situation, but more like three wise asses messing with uniforms just because they have the guts and are pumped up enough to do it. To be honest, those kids were the ones assaulting. They were given every chance to move away and “slapping” the guards hand away as hes pointing a direction to leave is 100% assault. Any force direct or indircetly applied. The guards were doing their job and were well within their rights to attempt an arrest on that kid. Considering that the video comes in on an already escalated situation.. Theres no telling what happened prior to the start of the video. For example its possible that those kids were starting shit for no good reason.. yet also possible for the security guards to have started it by say, taking the kids bike for no reason and verbally harrasing them to leave, meanwhile the kids pissed about someone stealing his property and then insulting him. The possibilities are endless really, and no one will know since it wasnt recorded.
Personally, if it were the latter of the two, I would be inclined to help free my friend as well.

Security guards. Not cops. And security guards aren’t allowed to touch anyone as they do not have the training. They are to call the police to deal with it. They have actually opened themselves and the mall up to multiple lawsuits. The guards know they are not allowed to touch anyone the way they went after these guys. They let their egos get the best of them. They should have called the cops immediately. And no, I’m not siding with the skaters. They were douchetools, and they deserve to be dealt with by the justice system. But in the end, the guards may just as easily end up dealing with the civil system and possibly even the criminal system, because they overstepped the bounds placed upon them by virtue of their employment. They weren’t smart and unfortunately are going to pay for it one way or the other.

I buy the worlds hottest chilli paste and with a super soaker i can pepper spray to 30 meters. Mp pepper spray is stronger than law enforcement. It’s also not illegal. If you get hit with my spray you are in agony for hours even through clothing. A good crotch shot is near as good as face. Guarantee cops or guards won’t bother you if the get hit. I would never use it in offence. And its great on mexican too
