McDonald’s has recalled over a million chicken nuggets in Japan after a 4 cm strip of vinyl was found in nuggets served at one of its restaurants in Aomori. McDonald’s Japan is on a bit of a losing streak lately. In the past six months alone, four serious reported incidents show how the standards of food safety and quality have gone for a toss in Japan:
- A tiny piece of plastic in a chocolate sundae served at McDonald’s outlet in Koriyama in December 2014 injured a child’s mouth.
- A small rubber piece was found in a chicken nugget bought from McDonald’s outlet in Okayama in October 2014.
- Three tiny fragments of dental material were found in a burger served at McDonald’s outlet in Kushiro in September 2014.
- A human tooth was found in a portion of fries at McDonald’s outlet in Osaka in August 2014.
And here are two sickening examples from outside the country:
- In February 2015, an Indiana police officer was rushed to hospital after drinking iced tea laced with heavy-duty degreaser at Indianapolis McDonald’s.
- In October 2014, a dead mouse was found in a coffee served at a McDonald’s outlet in Canada.
In July 2014, McDonald’s shut down its poultry supplier in China, Shanghai Husi Food Co, after it was discovered that the factory had mixed fresh chicken with expired meat and shipped the contaminated product to McDonald’s in Japan and Starbucks and Burger King in China. Due to the impact of the scandal, the fast-food giant expects to post its first net loss in 11 years in the current fiscal year.
Lots of BS in this article. A simple act check will tell you the human meat story is completely untrue. And how the hell does a dead mouse get into a coffee cup? They are stored upside down and stacked and I doubt it came out of the dispenser. That was almost definitely planted.
I agree. So much crap being spread about mcdonalds because they’re an easy target. The human meat thing was outed as a hoax months ago. There’s something seriously wrong with society these days 🙁
I agree with the idea that some of this is stretched from the truth a bit buuuut McDonalds is not a store I respect and wish to defend fuck them and there shitty product they push. I think humanity needs a check when you defend companies like this one.

And these things have nothing to do with warning us about corporations, calls to action by Anonymous or whistleblowing about anything new. Pretty much everything posted is common knowledge that is sometimes several years old.
Its really getting to the point where I’m almost waiting for the post from you that reads: “Take this quiz to find out your past life spirit animal aura colour!”, or some other crap.
I know there’s a pressure to post stuff several times a day to keep people interested, but this is really diluted. Please go back to posting quality stuff less often, I think we’d all appreciate it!

say what u want about mcdonalds, the USA is a 1st world country with a 3rd world population. its the 3rd largest country in terms of population. and during these hard times, I have to say, thank god for dollar menus.
but instances are bound to happen. they are disgusting and can be avoided by the employees doing their jobs safely and sanitary. hell, I just had 2 whopper juniors with cheese for a couple bucks and I have to admit…money well spent.
