With so much technology it should be easy to some one from the outside to dig into his cell. They just need some kind of GPS on him to find the right cell, or the building obstruction instruktions and some navigating + digging equipment.
But…remember the US government is buying the drugs off the cartels and make sure it comes in the hand of the underclass in the US with profit for the government ofc.
