This document or a blueprint for setting up a government if you like; was obtained by the Guardian; it also correlates insights for setting up foreign relations office for ISIS, a perfectly tailored information for running operations, and centralized power over oil, gas and the other essential elements of the economic system.
The manual created a year ago and entitled – Principles In The Administration of The Islamic State – sets simple ISIL’s governed design ambitions for ruling a country and the ways in which it has been able to set itself apart as the wealthiest and an unstable group from the past half a century.
