Another batch of Clinton emails has been leaked. This time by a conservative organization called Judicial Watch. Judicial watch has released 296 pages from Hillary’s private server, which may indicate inappropriate ties between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation. “Clinton’s top aides’ favors for and interactions with the Clinton Foundation seem in violation of the ethics agreements that Hillary Clinton agreed to in order to be appointed and confirmed as Secretary of State,” the group advised.
The dirt on Hillary continues to pile up; with this release of documents being just the latest in a string of email dumps. The group also alleges that as many as 44 of the emails released were not turned over to the State Department by the Clinton camp, during the federal investigation. The group makes several specific allegations. They allege that Clinton Foundation Staffer Doug Band used, or attempted to use his influence to see that Clinton Foundation aides were assigned positions within the State Department. Band is also accused of attempting to use his position within the Clinton Foundation, attempting to connect billionaire Philanthropist Gilbert Chagoury with individuals in the State Department who were overseeing operations in Libya.
The release also showed that controversial Clinton Aide Huma Abedin was sloppy with sensitive documents. One email exchange showed that she left documents in a binder in her unlocked hotel room. This apparently caused some scuttlebutt within the Clinton camp. Other emails showed Clinton using Foundation employees to set up her voice mail instead of following security protocol, having a State Department handle the installation.
These emails were obtained legally by the conservative watchdog group, as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. The group’s President, Tim Fitton stated “No wonder Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin hid emails from the American people, the courts and Congress. They show the Clinton Foundation, Clinton donors, and operatives worked with Hillary Clinton in potential violation of the law.”
Conservative groups have held Clinton under fire for years at his point, attempting to derail her campaign for President. Despite the house hearings on Benghazi and the continual emails that continue to surface, it is questionable at this point, if anything will stop her rise to the Presidency.
Also among the emails, were indications that Clinton was aware of the security risks surrounding the use of a Blackberry device and failed to take steps to properly secure it. The controversy initially stemmed from her use of a Clintonmail.com email address, which she ran out of a private server in her home. Many other emails were hacked from the private server including those obtained by the hacker Gucifer, as well as the emails released by WikiLeaks.
Hillary Clinton has repeatedly denied all allegations made against her, despite the overwhelming evidence that continues to amass. The inappropriate dealings between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation have become overwhelmingly apparent. Clinton continues to state that all allegations against her are false, and that the 55,000 emails she turned over to federal investigators is sufficient to exonerate her.
