Thailand’s military government is cracking down on selfies that show the bottom half of a woman’s breasts as such photos violate Thailand’s 2007 Computer Crimes Act, which bans any material that causes “damage to the country’s security or causes public panic” as well as “any obscene computer data which is accessible to the public”. You could face up to five years in jail for clicking or posting such risqué photos.
“When people take these ‘underboob selfies’ no one can see their faces. So it’s like, we don’t know who these belong to, and it encourages others to do the same. We can only warn people to not take it up. They are inappropriate actions,” Anandha Chouchoti, culture ministry spokesman, told Reuters.

I was born in 1975, but call me ol’ school…I think that women should have more self respect. Who really gives a fuck who you are anyway? I’d hide my head in shame too. I don’t agree with 5 yrs in lockup..but I do think this should be illegal in every country. So you are saying that this should be illegal but still available through subscribtion? Just because while you browse internet there are adds that offer options for these subscriptions. I don’t see those adds on any normal daily website, only where they are relevant or if the site is a bit questionable of it’s content all in all. Also now days you have the option for add blockers with any common browser and also you can limit access to what kind of material you don’t want to see or you don’t want your kids to see. Freedom is one major key with the internet and that has given a lot of room for good things to happen, but of course there are the options for bad things also to spread. That is how humans work, we will find the way no mater if it’s good or bad. But you shouldn’t try to limit other peoples freedom just becouse you don’t like about something or you might not do it, especially when it doesn’t hurt anyone. If you say that under boob would be harmful then I think there is still a lot to learn for you about normal human anatomy. This is one of the most ridiculous things to fight over when we all have chest, some bigger than others, but it’s all natural and I do believe that more important issue would be for example to find a way to get the child abusers away who actually hurt directly, mentaly and physicaly kids all over the world. As a parent it’s your responsibility to teach the healthy way of seeing the world and how to process the information that you can be exposed to, when that happens those kids grow up to be a smart and understanding people who can make the world a better place.
