United Kingdom – A bigoted petition claiming “immigrants” and “foreign citizens” are trying to turn Britain into a Muslim country is to be debated by the U.K. Parliament.
Instead of debating the very real problem of Islamophobia in Britain, the House of Commons Petitions Committee will hold a debate on October 19th, since the xenophobic petition has received the more than the 185,745 signatures required for discussion. The three hour debate will be led by Conservative MP Paul Scully and will include speeches from all the main parties and as many backbenchers as time will allow.
Entitled “Stop Allowing immigrants into the U.K.” and initiated by someone called Kieran Worrallo, the petition makes several demands:
“The U.K. government need to prevent immigrants from entering the U.K. immediately! We MUST close all borders, and prevent more immigrants from entering Britain. Foreign citizens are taking all our benefits, costing the government millions!” The petition continued to claim that “many of them are trying to change U.K. into a Muslim country!”
Seemingly oblivious to the biggest global refugee crisis since World War II, Kieran’s factually incorrect catastrophizing states that if the government fails to act, Britain may take in 12 million more “immigrants” by 2060.
His anxiety at what “may’’ happen in 45 years time is compounded by footage he claims to have seen of“foreigners destroying British soldiers graves,” which he says is hugely disrespectful.
The anti-Muslim bigotry and intolerance fuelled by far right groups like the BNP, EDL, and Britain First comes in many guises and has resulted in a 70% increase in hate crimes against Muslims in Britain.
Discussing the petition, Selly Oak Labour MP Steve McCabe said the debate highlights the problem of the government agreeing to a debate if there are enough signatures. “It is a licence for bigotry, and that is what we are witnessing here,” he told the Birmingham Mail.
While Kieran and over 185,000 others will be pleased to get their debate, many others across the U.K. would rather see MPs use the debating time to explore some of the vile attitudes permeating Britain today.

The Muslim journalists who write for this site have nothing to say about the theocratic lockdown on personal freedoms such as freedom of speech and the rights of women that Islam imposes on societies. Calling a petition to emphasize a division between Mosque and State “bigoted” merely shows the bias of the anonhq journalists. Islam is a backward neolithic authoritarian cult that despises the individual at every turn and seeks to trample freedom of speech whenever possible. Apparently the writers of this anonhq article have no problem with mutaṭawwi (Islamic religious police) spying on the population. Perhaps a petition against mutatawwi setting up shop in English Muslim communities would also be labeled by this website as bigoted. Orwell’s 1984 could easily have been written about Sharia law. Perhaps a petition against Sharia law in Briton would also be labeled by the Muslim journalists of this site as “bigoted” as well.

The journalists on this site would do better to look objectively at why this petition has surfaced. Yes, the petition has been crudely written but it raises concerns felt by hundreds of thousands of people in Britain. Islamists do not allow do not allow equality of sex or sexuality, do not agree with democracy or freedom of speech, do not treat animals with humanity. Fundamental Islam is totally incompatible with the freedom that the West stands for. Unfortunately the UK government is allowing more and more muslims into the UK with no idea whether they are extremists or not. We already have Islamists here who have openly expressed their intent on destroying the UK. Apparently 1 in 4 muslims in the UK support Daesh. Islamophobia in the West exists not without reason. The people of the UK (whether they be atheist, christian, muslim, jew or whatever else) have very real reasons to be terrified of the fundamental islamists in our midst.
The backwards thinking ideology, for that is what it is, is nothing more than a primitive belief system which imprisons the freedom to think, the freedom of speech.
It is a hate driven cult, denying women’s rights. It is a dark age ideology, trapped in a 1400-year-old time warp from which there is no escape, except on pain of death.
Islam has no place in a civilised democratic free world. In fact Islam promises to destroy all man made laws and replace them with their own Islamofascist rules and regulations as laid down in thr qur’an by their “perfect and inspirational prophet” mohammad.
“Taking over Britain”???? WTF who ever believes is an idiot that just does not deal with reality. Whoever is spreading it has clear motives to dehumanize muslims. This dialogue about Islam is designed to drive the focus away from the real terrorists of this earth. The peple who TOOK OVER muslims countries. You guys illegally invaded and destroyed Iraq, 1.4 million iraqis dead, destabilized an entire region of the globe and when there is an inevitable fall out, You same people want to blame the “crazy religion”. Rob, Can you not debate without swearing? Islamists in the UK and British Islamists in Syria are on record as saying they want to see Britain as part of the Daesh Caliphate. They are on record as saying they want Sharia Law in the UK. Apparently there are 80 Sharia Courts in the UK. Trojan horse take-over plots of British schools are very real. As for Iraq, Saddam Hussein killed about half a million of his own people. True the West should never have got involved. The West should realise that muslim countries, with their rival factions that are totally intolerant to eachother, are intent on destroying themselves.
