American commandos have allegedly recovered a set of “top secret” documents, in a raid that was conducted in May 2015, that detail the incentives used by ISIS to lure new recruits to Jihad; millennial Jihadists need more than just the promise of 72 virgins in the afterlife it would seem.
The documents reveal that ISIS has implemented its own tax system on the loot stolen by its henchmen; this apparently accounts for nearly half of the terror organisation’s revenue.
“In each wilaya, or province, Isis set up and continues to operate a so-called ‘war spoils’ office that calculates the dollar value of loot and pays a fifth of it to the militants who ran the raid,“ according to the Financial Times . “Non-military goods are sold at local ‘loot markets’ where Isis members are allowed to buy at half price.”
On top of the sex-slavery, rape and murder you can now add “50% off already cutthroat/throat-cut-priced stolen loot, while stocks last” to the list of barbaric ISIS “benefits”.
Keep a fifth of the stuff you stole from the dead children and their raped mother, and buy a car for 2,350 dollars, or a motorcycle for what you’d normally pay for a bicycle. A 42 inch LCD TV might normally set you back about 500 bucks in the godless West- but if you flash your ISIS card, pay only 72 dollars!
“You could buy anything: doors for a house, refrigerators, washing machines, cars, cows, furniture,” one shopkeeper who works near the market in Salihiyeh told FT. “All of that is pure profit [for ISIS].”
Of course, stolen loot isn’t completely free; with Russians (especially) and Americans bombing the land, ISIS fighters might get to read the fine print on the 72 virgins part of the deal sooner than they might expect.
