OpCheetahTrade is one such operation which has take off in the time. Operation Cheetah trade began as a simple forum posts raising awareness over illegal trafficking of cheetah cubs in Gulf States, Africa, Asia, England and the U.S. It has since grown into some thing much greater. OpCheetahTrade is now a movement to bring awareness to animal cruelty and abuse worldwide in an attempt to bring justice against the people actively harming animals around the world. To date operation cheetah trade has:
- Reported 36 illegal animal trade web sites to INTERPOL & FBI as evidence to be monitored. We hope by giving authorities this information they can utilize their resources to track illegal animal trade in America and across Africa, Asia and Europe.
- 3 illegal dog fighting rings have been discovered in Lebanon, Turkey & Czech Republic. The owners of the web sites have been identified and all the information has been reported to local police and PETA. 2 of the web sites have been confirmed taken down, legally.
- Countless other reports of animal abuse have been passed along to PETA for review.
