Judge Andrew Napolitano, a long time Fox News contributor, stated live on the air that “Nobody died until 5:13 in the morning,” referring to the Pulse nightclub massacre. The implications of this revelation are shocking, if revealed to be true.
There has been no mainstream media coverage of this story, which first appeared in independent media headlines last week. Judge Andrew Napolitano, who hasn’t been without controversy in his career, stated on the air that none of the 53 victims who were injured, or 49 victims who were killed “met their fate” until Orlando SWAT made their entry at 5:13 that morning. This information comes from a summary of the official unredacted FBI transcript of the event. According to Napolitano, this information directly contradicts eyewitness testimony, but contradicts the story that the FBI has assembled so far.
The Orlando Police radio logs were released showing that an officer was on scene at around 2:00am. The officer reported shots fired. There are no reports in any of the transcripts or radio logs of any shots being fired again, until the SWAT team made entry.
The Orlando Police demonstrated a fundamental breach of police training and policy by waiting until 5:13 am to enter the club if shots were being fired from inside. In an active shooter situation, officers are mandated to enter. Perhaps the lack of gun fire upon the SWAT team’s arrival, gave them no need to rush the situation. It is hard to believe that a trained SWAT unit wouldn’t enter if shots were being fired. It is safe to assume that no shots were fired between 2:35, when Omar Mateen called 911 and proclaimed allegiance to ISIS, and 5:13 when Orlando PD SWAT made their entry.
Napolitano’s statement was based on what he gleamed from reading the FBI summary, which we have not been privy to yet. It is difficult to say whether or not Napolitano’s statement was an assumption from “reading between the lines,” or actually written into the summary, as he described. If this is true, it is hard to believe that Omar Mateen was able to murder 49 people, while injuring 53 others, all the while shooting it out with the police in the moments following the breach.
While it is not shocking to see this story make the rounds in independent media, it is truly surprising to see that no other major network has covered it, even if only to point out Napolitano’s statements as a point of debate.
There is still much we don’t know about the Orlando shooting, as with all the mass shootings we see. With every event, there is a shroud of secrecy manufactured by our law enforcement communities and the media. There will always be those who hide the truth to save face, as well as those who manufacture truth in the rush to get a story.
Napolitano’s statement and others like it fall into a trap of conspiracy and disinformation. Within minutes of this shooting, there were false flag videos online before most of us were even awake. At the moment it is unclear what words Napolitano read that led him to present us with this information. If true, it completely upends the official narrative; and the implications of such information would be far reaching for not only Orlando PD, but the FBI as well.
