A massive fist fight broke out between opposing politicians in the Georgian parliament this week. The fight reportedly broke out when it was time to select which lawmakers would comprise an international delegation. The brawl was reportedly provoked by politician Akaki Bobokhidze, when he used profanity while addressing an opposition MP
The politicians were so enraged that they began shouting at one another and throwing punches. As the fight spiraled out of control, more joined in on the violence.
This may be funny to watch but it was no joke, the politicians were obviously trying to do legitimate damage to their opponents. Some dismantled the table-top microphones from their desks to be used as weapons, while others simply used their fists. Some of the politicians attempted to break up the fight, but it took them a few minutes to calm their battling co-workers.
