The Complexity of the Military Industrial Complex.
Eisenhower once said in his fair well speech of 1961, that “we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex.” Click here to watch his speech.
Then, President Eisenhower warned of a separate entity that held and governed an incredible power over decision and policy making, more so than the government did. He warned that the government were only puppets of those higher in power; and that these authorities executed a heavy influence over the desires they wished to accomplish.
In his speech, he went on to say, “The potential for a disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense, with our peaceful message and goals.”
The military industrial complex is a very real body incorporating multinational corporations and private contractors with military agencies. There is nothing beyond their reach. They supersede the government in their advanced understanding of global matters, be it military, financial, pharmaceutical, corporate, and more.
In light of the speech, and our present world “threatened” by said security and terrorist attacks, one must question the nature of the “national security” umbrella. Is it a justifiable reason to conceal information and technological advancement from the population?
JFK, like his counterpart, also warned of the military industrial complex. “The dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts, far outweigh the dangers that are cited to justify them.”
According to Wella, in the article Eisenhower and Kennedy Blow the Whistle: The Military Industrial Complex, 9/11 is a prime example of how military agencies take advantage of the tactic, reasoning with the public who demand answers, that it is in our best interests to remain ignorant of the bigger picture. Wella argues that the military industrial complex is used to “push elitist agendas and conceal information,” proposing that 9/11 was created to “propose a solution that would be perceived justifiable by the masses.” [1]
When you look at the amount of private companies now working on counter-terrorism, intelligence and security, you can understand the logistics of Wella’s argument. 1,931 private companies have been established since 9/11. Up to 500,000 private contractors have top security clearances, but no one wants to argue the national security line. Avalon takes a similar argument, “this ain’t no phantom menace: more than 45 jihadist terror plots had been stopped before the 10th anniversary of 9/11. But the combination of real threat and opaque multibillion-dollar budgets leads inevitably to a lack of transparency and accountability…with this level of complexity in the system, security is ironically almost impossible to maintain.” [2]
Overall, the question needs to be debated further. We were warned decades ago. The Military Industrial Complex is very real, but what is the true nature of their agenda?

The MIC plus the Federal Reserve, both created in the 20th Century, are the most dangerous enemies of peace, prosperity, and freedom around the world. Nothing dies without the MIC selling the weapons, etc. to accomplish it; no country including the United States will ever be truly free due to the debt the Federal Reserve has fooled the world. The Fed (or the member banks and 7 families) orchestrated the “Great Depression” and “the Great Recession” (which finally destroyed the Middle Class). It was the 7 families who financed WW2. How else could a landlocked non-oil country almost rule the world? Trust me, their ships, air power, subs did not run on coal the one energy source they did have. So where did it come from? Ever hear of Rockefeller? Standard Oil? Our scrap steel went to Japan and came back at Pearl Harbor. Don’t believe it? Read! And not the crank books but the real texts once taught in real schools before LBJ, the CIA, the FBI, the MOB all killed JFK. Compare the world before November 1963 and the world after. Also a small historical note that nobody accepts: watch what JFK did the first 100 days; then compare what Reagan did his first 100 days. Surprise! Know also the ONLY President to Constitutionally print money: Lincoln and JFK. So add the Fed Reserve to the conspiracy that killed JFK. Watch the mood of the country after RFK was killed and the Dems left their history in Chicago 1968. I was there. And blood DID run in the street. And Blood MUST AGAIN RUN IN THE STREET IF YOU TRULY WANT FREEDOM. Never, never trade safety for Freedom but that is what Islam has done in this country. We have become wimps and we will die for it; screaming as the knife severs the head. Dont think it will happen here? Just do anywhere along the Canada-USA and the Mexico-USA border, aways from the normal town crossings; go to the wilderness, the dense forests; it is far too easy to invade this country. Watch the 70’s movie Red Dawn. Watch Logan’s Run, Soylent Green, Wild in the Streets and you will know the end days of the United States of America–truly ONCE the last great hope of the world. We blew it!
