Fox “News” host, Jeanine Pirro, closed out her segment of Justice with Judge Jeanine with an ‘Instapoll‘ asking their notoriously ignorant, neoconservative audience about police violence directed at the minority community. While the results of the poll from Fox viewers is not surprising, the utter stupidity of Fox and their out of touch viewers is rarely broadcasted in this raw of a form.
What was displayed in this short clip (posted below) can only be described as boot-licking statism with a little dash of racism. I won’t repeat what was said, but you can hear it for yourself. This is Fox “News’” response to the nationwide anti-police brutality protests that have rocked the entire country following the shooting death of Mike Brown, the choking death of Eric Garner, and the hundreds of other Americans that have been gunned down in the streets by police this year, many of whom were minorities. As a former DA, she knows all too well the way the Police exploit Prosecutor immunity which is absolute unaccountable control with no checks. She knows Cops write reports everyday that embellish or outright misrepresent evidence, complaining parties standing, and more. They get the warrant under completely different “facts” that get stricken at trial or amended in the minutes of the court. However, the DA already has the warrant and the Cop by passed the DA and Judge circumventing the protections built in to the system.
DA’s use this evidence to get convictions on lower charges with general intent standards.
I will give this woman my attention on this matter only when she supports QUALIFIED immunity for DA’s like Cops have instead of the fascist unchecked prosecutor power the government has now.
Otherwise, she is just a fascist.
The Police exploit this knowing you will be convicted and DA’s like this.
Pirro knows how this works.

We also have strikt gun control not match crime and a small police force We have around 5 humans killed a year in Holland Bey the police and around 150 humans a year buy gun violence. Morover drug’s kill in my country around 500 a year. Take those numbers and place them in a population of around 16,800,000. Funny thing is, I agree with her. One idea, based on common sense, is to not resist arrest. Bad things happen then. One thing to keep in mind.
The police need to be constantly under scrutiny and held to a much much higher standard of conduct. Make no mistake, they are not here to protect and serve. They exist only to infringe upon freedom. They are a necessary evil no doubt, but an evil nonetheless.
They should not be given license to infringe on the most intrinsic of rights regardless of a citizens behavior. No alleged crime rises to the level of physical injury or death at the hands of a police officer. We are not a fascist state. Citizens have rights. There needs to be reform and an upending of the idea that we have to submit to police or else be killed or harmed. They do not have the right to harm us in their efforts to execute their orders.

Considering that she didn’t even have respect for the “law” Jeanine Pirro is just as self-righteous as she was when she was DA. “Black communities” do respect officers, but we do not expect to be disrespected just because a person has a badge. Respect is a two-way street, lady. Wearing a badge does not come with an obligation of respect when you use that badge to be disrespectful. The respect is in 1. not approaching ever person as if they have committed a crime 2. not assuming every person with a permanent tan looks the same 3. do not instigate a conflict unnecessarily because of ego and then pull the “i feared for my life” when a person does the very natural, human action of defending themselves (if that situation calls for it.) 4. PUNISHING THE COPS WHO ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY (instead of taking my tax dollars to give them a paid vacation while they laugh it off.)
Stop training cops to believe that they give respect when optional and that it’s automatically owed to them

It doesn’t matter the race of the person, or even if they are resisting arrest. If a cop uses lethal force when it isn’t needed its murder, plain and simple. They are issued “less then lethal” devices for such times, they are supposed to be trained in their uses, and how to apprehend suspects without killing them. If they aren’t going to used them why spend millions a year on Tasers, bean bag ammo for shot guns, and night sticks/Billy clubs?
I’m not anti law/cops, I’m anti murder and that is exactly what these cops are getting away with. They can enter homes without identifying themselves and kill you and walk away, they can kill homeless people on video and walk away, they can kill someone who isn’t resisting arrest (while being video recorded doing it) and walk away. Here soon I’m sure we are going to find out that a cop can kill a kid in Cleveland Ohio, while on video, without even giving the kid a chance to drop the TOY GUN, and walk away.
No this isn’t JUST about race, or constitutional rights, or cops breaking the law…it’s about all that PLUS the peace of mind of the populous. When the cops can revert to lethal force and civil rights violations whenever they want without impunity then we as a country have a REAL problem. We have gone from a country with a government of the people, and for the people to one where the people (who aren’t sheeple) are worried and working on being scared of the government and the police.
Its time for people to wake up and see the country, and the world, for what its becoming.
Nowhere in that video does anyone say that minorities need sensitivity training. Someone is trying to spread misinformation. Don’t buy into it.
