Last week, star of 19 Kids and Counting, Josh Duggar, admitted that he molested his sisters and five minor girls, in his parent’s home when he was a teenager. That admission prompted TLC to pull the show from its schedule.
Now a video clip from 2008, showing 27-year-old Josh disgustingly joking about incest, has re-surfaced online. The short clip shows Josh, whose family follows strict religious rules about courting, including no kissing or unchaperoned dates until marriage, explain why he decided to go out with his siblings, Jana and John David Duggar, on a double date.
After In Touch Weekly published the police report, his parents Jim Bob and Michelle, made statements supporting Josh and successfully helped him avoid prosecution for his crimes. Bob and Michelle, called Josh’s sexual assaults “one of the most difficult times in our lives” and that “dark and difficult time caused us to seek God like never before”. The couple noted, that when their son was a teenager he made some “very bad mistakes” and “we were shocked. We had tried to teach him right from wrong”.
Interestingly, Bob ran as a Republican opponent against incumbent Tim Hutchinson, for Arkansas’ US Senate seat in 2002, and said during his campaign that “rape and incest represent heinous crimes and as such should be treated as capital crimes”. Then, state representative Jim Bob Duggar, served on the Corrections, Criminal Law, and Judiciary committees.
Even former Arkansas governor and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, brushed away the potential felonies Josh committed, saying “good people make mistakes“.

“I would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions. I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life. In my life today, I am so very thankful for God’s grace, mercy and redemption,” Josh said, despite the support, as he regretted what he did 12 years ago.

Well it is obvious that we want to hammer a celebrity a lot harder than most of us mortals, because obviously they are not humans. If you didn’t know where he came from you wouldn’t even have a comment. As for me, I have to many sins of my own to be worried about others, God did not give me that job. The big problem we have is we think your sins are worse than mine, in the end we all get to find out the absolute truth, good luck with that.
I think there’s something much more sinister going on here that has yet to be discovered. Jim Bob’s political ties and Josh’s position on the Family Research cancel in Washington D.C. are setting off some red flags for me. Not only that, but Bill Gothard, the founder of the Institute in Basic Life Principles were Josh was sent for ‘treatment’, resigned in 2014 “under a cloud of accusations that he had “sexually groomed” and harassed young women and teens in his ministry.” The IPLP and a police department share the same building. It’s also odd that the police officer Josh’s father reported the incidents to is in prison for child porn! Why are there so many child diddlers connected to this story?
I’ve done a lot of research into MKUltra and mind control and something is just not right here. That’s the best case scenario. Worst case is that we have another Franklin Scandal type scenario unfolding…
He was a minor. He has no adult record. This shouldn’t be brought up as much as it is wrong. He seems to have moved on. He has kids now and I think it will be damaging to them if they have to keep hearing this. We don’t throw other adults juvenille records into the public. In essence it is a violation if the law. Mob rule is as ugly as the crime. There are tons of bona fide celebs with criminalmrecords, even murder. So this should be put aside. The victims forgive him. I blame the highly charged sexual atmosphere for the indescetions. The whole situation is basically the parents being lavishly rewarded for having productive sex. And lots of fruits whatever they call it. I don’t agree with a lot of what they do. My bigger objection is letting Jana be the family slave. Another can of worms.
