FED UP – This is the movie the food industry doesn’t want you to see. FED UP blows the lid off everything we thought we knew about food and weight loss, revealing a 30-year campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public, resulting in one of the largest health epidemics in history. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever. Watch the trailer:

Thank you anon, for spreading truth and justice.
I 100% agree with this movie. I used to be quite fat. I stopped all sugar based foods – became a vegan and ate healthy. No change to my usual exercise regime, only my diet. I stopped fizzy drinks, all junk food was off the menu, everything, went and ate organic (home grown or grown by a local farmer) food.
Within 8 months, I went from fat floppy 100kg, to 62kg and ripped. I did not exercise more, only my usual 5 hours a week at the gym (spread over several days), same as what I did when I was fat. I felt much healthier, I had much more energy and literally felt like a million dollars.
Its all diet – and what we eat is big business. Food companies need us to keep eating – the more crap we eat, the more they get paid. We need to wise up and control our own intake – I have a hard time keeping off the stuff, like everyone else, once I start eating tasty food, I can’t stop – so cold turkey was the best option for me.
This is our next big movement. Fixing the state of food – we can no longer be slaves to the sugar industry – especially the kids – Fight the urge, go cold turkey. Everyone needs to get on board – we can fight back.
Very inspirering, its not easy just quit sugar. But i too think its one of our big problems.
