#1: Lots of programs to end poverty are around.
Every week more and more charities, organizations and groups pop up around the globe helping to stop poverty giving children food, water, education and even in some cases a roof over their head.
It is suggested that by 2035 there will be nearly no poor countries left in the world and those that still are poor will gain more advanced and technological aid.
The U.S food stamp program is actually helping out millions of people every year, much more than what it was initially expected.
Countries are giving out more and more aid every year, also helping to battle poverty.
#2: Each day offers more and more medical advances.
Each year in Africa more than 1,500 children die of malaria but soon that may no longer be the case! A pharmaceutical company claims to have created a new drug that could be the world’s first malaria vaccine; it is supposed to be available to public in 2015.
A 19 year old from Chicago might have discovered a cure for colon cancer. His experimental vaccine has been 100 percent effective on ridding malignant tumors from mice.
Gene therapy, this is where a person’s genes are taken, re-engineered then put back into the patient’s body to fight diseases. This is a great alternative to surgery.
Last year, a California company called “Second Sight” received approval to start marketing a bionic eye that they developed. This eye currently needs glasses or some sort of small camera externally to function but none the less it still shows just how far medical advances can go.
#3: The popularity for protecting the environment is rising higher.
Electronical cars and green car advancements are becoming increasingly popular and now most car companies will have their own selection of electronical vehicles.
Plastic waste in the ocean is currently a big issue but in the future a lot of it will all be cleared up.

Most schools now have or are investing in 3D printers; these are used for class projects or even to teach people how they work. War victims in Sudan are also gaining help from 3D printers to create low-cost prosthetic limbs.

Researchers at the MIT media lab are working on a device that scans text and reads it out loud for the visually impaired, this device is called the “FingerReader” and can help read anything from full length books to restaurant menus and documents.
#5: Every day people are discovering solutions to complicated problems.
Four MBA students from McGill University may have came up with a solution to world hunger! Insect farming, the idea is to teach rural farmers how to breed tiny insects called palm weevils.
A man from India called Mansukh Prajapati has invented a new fridge that stays cold without electricity; the fridge only costs around $50 and could play a huge role in poor non electronical communities.
Simple things like foldable bike helmets and shoes that charge your equipment whilst you walk is also now available. Things like these are to encourage more people to go out and exercise keeping them fit and healthy.
#6: Women’s rights are improving.
As of July 2014 all women in Saudi Arabia can now participate and municipal in all elections, this includes the 2015 elections coming up.

Punishments for offending and harassing women are becoming more and more severe. Not so long ago now a new law took place in Egypt that can send offenders to jail for up to 5 years for crimes against women.

Next step… reset our own capitalist system.
if not, just change it entirely
I’m actually a supporter of Capitalism. But the American Capitalism we see is corrupt. I support laissez faire Capitalism, but the American capitalism is one all its own, a corrupted Capitalism from what Capitalism was meant to actually be. True Capitalism would help to create more jobs and competition between companies, which will lower the unemployment rate and increase funds to the companies, which will mean the debt will also lower because we wouldn’t have to borrow money for industries. What we need is to redistribute where the tax dollars are going, and cut the taxes by taking soldiers out of pointless wars that only had something to do with us when we went in and intervened. A non-intervention policy would cut down military costs, and ending the federal reserve will stop us from having to borrow money to make more money, as it already costs $.02 to make a penny. Inflation, distribution of taxes, and intervention in other countries is what’s destroying the economy, Laissez Faire Capitalism will actually help the economy. If you believe in Economic freedom just as much as Personal freedom, and I believe in both, then you shouldn’t be against True Capitalism, you should be against American Capitalism.
