In his latest video, French Prankster Rémi Gaillard comically addresses issues related to the treatment of marine species. Dressed up as sea creatures, Gaillard and two of his friends took to the streets to humorously reverse the roles of human and sea creature.
In the video, aptly entitled ‘Human World’ (a play on SeaWorld), the trio targets members of the public to show the world what life would be like if we switched positions with captive whales. From ogling at humans through windows with video recorders and cameras, to making passers-by involuntarily jump through hoops, the three pranksters quickly bring home a disturbing reality. The pranks, which have been paralleled with clips that reveal how humans actually treat marine species, humorously tell a dark story and a powerful message.
