Not Happy with Trump? Try These Phone Numbers Courtesy of Anonymous

In a bid to assist Trump’s administration in their transparency, the group labelled “White House Comment Line,” has aggregated over 80 direct phone numbers to White House staffers.

 A spokesperson for the Anonymous group told Gothamist “Open communication is the foundation of a good, functioning democracy,” they said. “Right now there’s ‘information’ coming out of the White House to the people, but not much the other way around. They may have shut down the comment line, but we the people still have comments. In light of that, we wanted to create one way for the people to be heard.”

This move comes at a time when President Trump shut down the White House’s public comments line, where citizen Joe could once call in and voice their concerns to a White House staffer. Rather than Trump listen to his voters’ grumbling, anyone with a White House problem now needs to send their messages through, of all places, Facebook Messenger or whitehouse.gov/comment.

The Anonymous group has collected numbers, publishing all those that are related to domestic accountability. The group says any relating to national security were not published.

The numbers that still work (including Kellyanne Conway’s voice mailbox) are listed below. Not all are now active as a recent report said some phone lines were so swamped initially, that they were disconnected. Others are still active, however.
