NASA selects 4 Proposals for advanced energy storage technology to be implemented in future space missions

The sky was never meant to be the limit for human destiny. Even the most abstract notion of hope incites our eyes to naturally point upward in the direction of the vast expanse beyond the clouds we call “space”. The question of HOW to get there has been contemplated for eons, and our conclusions only launched us so far.

This is largely due to physical parameters such as restricted energy storages in our spacecraft, though the energetic force of our spirits’ passion to go further will always be infinite. It is because of this human drive to reach further and further beyond the sky that NASA was offered 4 suggestions on new and improved methods of storing energy intended for MUCH longer spacecraft missions. The shorter space missions of old utilized batteries, solar panels, and nuclear power generators. Early August of this year, NASA gained some fresh, new ideas from various organizations including NASA Research Centers, federally funded R&D Centers, Universities, Private industries with NASA and US Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Project Agency, and decided this was the best they came up with:

Proposal 1: “SILICON ANODE BASED CELLS FOR HIGH SPECIFIC ENERGY SYSTEMS”
Who? – Amprius Inc., Sunnyvale, CA
How? –In attempt to simplify the concept of silicon anode based cells we must first understand that the materials used for positive and negative charges in a battery can dramatically affect energy storage capacity. For example; Lithium Ion batteries use graphite as the anode, or negative electrode, to conduct electricity but have short battery life, and poor energy density and cycle life. With Silicon as the new anode of choice, this would potentially improve energy density, cycle life, and charge lifespan. However, this proposal intends to use fuel cells instead of batteries. Fuel cells store chemical reactants externally, use hydrogen and oxygen, and are refueled instead of recharged.

Proposal 2: “HIGH ENERGY DENSITY & LONG LIFE LITHIUM SULFUR BATTERIES FOR AEROSPACE APPLICATIONS”
Who? – California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA
How? – Lithium Sulfur batteries are an attractive idea because they are light in density (about the same as water), sulfur is cheap, and they conduct 500 Wh/kg versus 150-200 Wh/kg which is the common lithium ion battery. The effectiveness of Lithium Sulfur batteries was demonstrated August 2008 on the longest and highest altitude solar powered airplane flight in history(cite).

Proposal 3: “ADVANCED HIGH ENERGY RECHARGEABLE LITHIUM SULFUR BATTERIES”
Who? –Indiana University, Bloomington, IN
How? –Rechargeable Lithium Sulfur batteries would be ideal during long space travel missions and Indiana University maps out the blueprint for some.

Proposal 4: “GARNET ELECTROLYTE BASED SAFE, LITHIUM SULFUR ENERGY STORAGE”
Who? –University of Maryland, College Park, MD
How? –Garnet is a precious, deep red stone that is glass-like in appearance made of silicate minerals. Electrolytes are a liquid/gel with ions decomposed by electrolysis, like in a battery. University of Maryland suggests inventing a Garnet Electrolyte based safe, I’m assuming to encase the Lithium Sulfur battery in, but not much information was researchable on this proposal.

The selectees received sponsorship from NASA as a reward for their brilliance, consisting of $250,000 over the course of 8 months, $1 million for 1 year of engineering development, and $2 million past the 1 and a half year mark for prototype development. HERE’S TO PROOF that all those years being labeled and harassed as a science-geek will pay-off eventually! Cheers.

Texas Bilderberg member Rick Perry flies small drone over women’s rights protestors

Calling all Anons nation and world-wide,

We have a topic that requires immediate attention regarding women’s rights. If we are not heard now, by the end of next week on September 1st, an unconstitutional bill WILL go into effect.

As of last Summer, 07.18.2013, Texas governor and Bilderberg group member RICK PERRY put a bill into motion outlawing abortion and classifying it as 1st degree murder. The HB2 package of abortion restrictions also includes obscure physician provisions; wider hallways, janitor closets, and a shower room installation for physicians-only inside each clinic. This requires millions of dollars of construction to retrofit clinics throughout the state, which is not financially or structurally feasible for many of them. The bill aims to rid Texas of all but 6 abortion clinics (there were 46 in 2011).

To some, this may seem like it isn’t that big of a deal. On the contrary, if this bill were to pass it would initiate the disintegration of women’s rights. There are MANY women who have legitimate reasons for having an abortion– the most common is lack of resources and funding. Some say this choice is cowardice or childish, but in fact it would be the most RESPONSIBLE thing to do with such a case. In other cases women are raped and traumatized by stepfathers, biological fathers, and strangers, which result in an unwanted pregnancy. It’s only obvious why these women would choose abortion rather than being forced into female enslavement by their predators. This goes BEYOND avoiding parenthood– this is another GOVERNMENTAL ATTEMPT to control the population. This is a governmental attempt to enslave women and treat them like factory-farmed incubators. Rick Perry aims to force women into parenthood, stripping away their ability to choose what to do with their bodies and their LIVES.

This obviously is a touchy subject to most women, and the arguments come down to “Keep your legs closed” or “You should have used protection.” I reinstate: WHAT ABOUT THE WOMEN WHO ARE RAPED, OR CLEARLY AREN’T READY TO HAVE A CHILD? We are from an organization called StopPatriarchy and Revcom.us in the streets of Texas trying to raise awareness for these women and to stop this bill in its tracks right now. We pleadingly urge all of you to view the mission statement on the homepage of StopPatriarchy.org and add your name or contribute to donations to help not only the fate of women in Texas, but for the destiny free of governmental enslavement of all America. Our website has tons of video footage and live streams about the issue at hand.

Anonymous, we need to wake the world to the fact that this bill isn’t about the babies– it’s ALWAYS been about keeping patriarchal control within our government over the entirety of the USA. Rick Perry is abusing his power to push the HB2 package through, harassing protesters with advanced technology and police brutality, while spending millions of our tax paying dollars on his mansion and lavish lifestyle. StopPatriarchy held up traffic outside of Rick Perry’s mansion to prove just how dedicated they were to raise awareness about this serious attempt to control women in the 21st century. Rick Perry flew a drone out straight above the protesting women to gain intel on them before sending the police. Shortly after the pigs showed up and demanded the women get out of the road, in non-compliance our protesters sat right down where they stood. The police proceeded to handcuff all of these protestors, and left them on the burning hot cement, all the while mocking the women and in many cases physically harming them. When they were ready to detain these women they hauled the women out in awkward positions as if they were animals, having at least 4 officers per woman, one officer per arm and leg, spreading women’s legs open in the process. Many women were dropped purposely to suffer bruising and ligament damages from this police brutality. After finally being detained and brought to the station, the women were forced to take off their clothes and wear a ragged sheet as a tank top and sit on a concrete slab for hours without underwear. Others were sexually harassed by the police who asked demeaning questions like “What color are you panties?” or “You look good, how much do you weigh?”

 

We call out to help from you, Anonymous, to stand with us this upcoming week for the Week of Defiance. It is our last hope, our last week to show Rick Perry and the corrupted police of America that we have strength in numbers which we can utilize against them for the greater good of humanity. Women and men alike have an INHERENT RIGHT to choose what happens to their bodies and should never be forced into any form of slavery by a tyrannical government. Please help raise awareness about stopping this bill. Time is running very short and if this passes it’s only a matter of time before other states attempt this as well. It’s bad enough that we already lost one of our states to martial law declared by “them”. We don’t need a collapse of the Women’s Rights Movement as well. If we stop this bill, our victory will symbolize a beacon of hope to the oppressed groups of America in these dire times on the brink of civil war. Even one battle won by “us” versus “them” is an unprecedented victory for us all.

On 8/29, Judge Yeakel ruled against further clinic closures in Texas. This ruling is already being appealed by the Attorney General to the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans. Food Security With Honeybees

Varroa destructor mites are not something the average person has heard of, but their importance to the balance of the ecology is great. So great in fact, that they have become serious concern to the security of the food and agricultural industries.

According to Alvarez-Ventura, a Masters graduate in environmental studies; sound farming and beekeeping practice is the key to long-term security for our food production. During a study focusing on honeybees, Alvarez-Ventura zeroed in on the Varroa destructor mite. The mite is responsible for the viral outbreaks spreading within the honeybee colonies, thus disrupting the beehive and pollination systems of dependent crops. The affected honeybee “disappears” once contaminated by this mite, creating a colony collapse disorder.

As a result of the bees disappearing, vital crops dependent on pollination will suffer. Carrots, apples, broccoli and onions are some of the said crops. With expanding populations and a reduced amount of access to these fundamental foods, it is vital to avoid any colony collapse disorder on a grand scale.

Recycling Batteries To Make Solar Cells

What if you could just recycle your regular old AA batteries so that you could use them for your flashlight or TV remote again? Maybe, in the near future. Researchers at MIT have a proposal to recycle the lead from regular lead-acid batteries and use them in the manufacturing of solar cells.

The mystery lies around Perovskite solar cells – they are manufactured in a less conventional method using cheaper and more common resources than regular cells. The main component of Perovskite is – you guessed it – lead. Lead is a key component in many batteries, from simple AA batteries to those found in cars. It is fast becoming a component of the past, as all major cell manufacturers look for more efficient options. But with nearly 200 million old or unusable lead-batteries in the USA alone,disposing of them was a pain, until a team of researchers at MIT proposed a new use for the material – taking the lead from old lead-acid batteries and recycling it for use in the manufacture of perovskite cells. A single car battery can provide enough lead to power 30 houses. “It is important that we consider the life cycles of the materials in large-scale energy systems,” says MIT professor Paula T. Hammond. “And here we believe the sheer simplicity of the approach bodes well for its commercial implementation.”

When we look at large scale operations, we can see that recycling lead-acid batteries would be both economical and environment friendly. Until now, disposing of lead was considered hazardous as there were chances of the material contaminating water. But thanks to this new idea, all the lead can be used for the purpose of making perovskite. British Spy Agency GCHQ Is Scanning The Internet For ALL Open Ports & Vulnerabilities

The British counterpart of the NSA , the British Spy Agency GCHQ is scanning for open ports in more than 27 countries.

“In 2009, the British spy agency GCHQ made port scans a ‘standard tool’ to be applied against entire nations,” Heise reports. This information was received through Edward Snowden.

What is the danger of an open port ?

The internet search engine Shodan reveals internet-facing vulnerable systems such as servers , traffic lights , internet connected cameras. This all sounds very familiar to the game Watchdogs ™ so you should genuinely be scared as they can possibly be exploited and used for bad purposes. The international port scan was part of the “Hacienda Program”  which is a program used by many hackers around the world. Hacienda can find vulnerable applications running on public servers

Open ports give free access to the inner workings of a vulnerable server:
For example a simple internet router with open ports gives access to almost all off the user’s history: browser history, Os patches , downloads …
Large organizations such as NSA or GCHQ can retrieve a lot of intelligence from these weak servers. They use those vulnerabilities to secretively turn servers in to operational relay boxes (ORBs)

All about ORBs

When the GCHQ attacks or steals data from a designated target, they hide behind those ORBs whilst using them as a cover for their real location or ip- adress. To fully scan those 27 countries and partially scan 5 other countries they needed the help of the so called “Five eyes” which is a collaboration of NSA with the secret services of Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
The Heise report which leaked all this information was co written by Edward Snowden and it states : “The process of scanning entire countries and looking for vulnerable network infrastructure to exploit is consistent with the meta-goal of ‘Mastering the Internet’, which is also the name of a GCHQ cable-tapping program: these spy agencies try to attack every possible system they can, presumably as it might provide access to further systems.”

“Systems may be attacked simply because they might eventually create a path towards a valuable espionage target, even without actionable information indicating this will ever be the case. Using this logic, every device is a target for colonisation, as each successfully exploited target is theoretically useful as a means to infiltrating another possible target.”
This rather ordinary way of hacking was already being used. However the big twist is the gigantic scale of this government-orchestrated attack .
