US Navy Have ‘UFO’ Patent Granted In Bid to Out Do Chinese Military

As the September 20 date looms for all those intending to storm Area 51, new information has surfaced to support UFO claims, with the US Navy developing patents closely resembling UFO-like technology and advancements.

‘The Drive’ conducted extensive research and interviews to establish that a ‘space-race’ is occurring between nations.

Although the primary patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) initially rejected the new technology patented, the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the Naval Aviation Enterprise wrote a personal letter addressed to the examiner, claiming the US “needs” the patent.

According to then CTO Dr. James Sheehy, who vouched for several patents developed by aerospace engineer Salvatore Cezar Pais, he wrote to USPTO claiming the Chinese are already “investing significantly” in these aerospace technologies. According to The Drive, the US appears to be playing “catch up” with the Chinese in developing hybrid aerospace-underwater craft (HAUC) capable of navigating seas, air and space equally well without leaving a heat signature.

The Drive reports that the four separate patents filed for, who Pais is the inventor of are:

“… Are a curiously shaped High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator;

A room temperature superconductor;

An electromagnetic ‘force field’ generator that could deflect asteroids;

And the strangest one, the Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device.”

All patents are listed publicly, suggesting that this technology is already international knowledge.

The engineering capabilities of the HAUC described in one Pais publication approved for a patent in 2018, described a cone-shaped vehicle capable of “hypersonic glide” in water and aerospace. According to several of Pais’ additional publications, it described the craft to include a “crew compartment shield by a Faraday cage.”

All the patents appear related to the construction of a specific hybrid craft.

The technology surrounding these hybrid craft literally appear out of this world, the initial reason USPTO used to reject the patents until Dr Sheehy penned his letter. And to even lay people of physics, a hybrid craft capable of creating its own quantum ‘vacuum’ around itself sounds incredible.

According to Pais, the hybrid craft can “engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level” by exploiting the laws of physics.

The Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, who vouched for this technology, only gives it credence. As The Drive points out, a man working on behalf of the Federal US Government is hardly a crackpot.

Further to the development, in a letter dated December 2017, Dr. Sheehy claimed that work had already begun on Pais’ advanced High energy Density/High Power propulsion systems for the hybrid “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device.” In basic terms, this is a propulsion technology capable of producing a field-induced environment to propel a hybrid craft in sea or space, and is now underway.

We cannot overstate this new technology. Electromagnetic propulsion would allow aircraft to act like those witnessed in UFO encounters documented. In one patent, visual descriptions are uncannily similar to the Tic Tac-shaped objects reported by the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group pilots in 2004 off the Baja Coast.

Make of it what you will, but polarized vacuums and Advanced Electromagnetic Vehicles are now a reality, with Lockheed Martin pre-empting such engineering feats as early as 2017 in a press release. Whether the engineering concepts came from man or captured UFO craft is debatable.

  1. My professional field is patent law, specifically patent prosecution. In science my field of expertise is chemistry and biochemistry.
    I checked documents officially entered in the case of application 15/141,270, for “Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device.” The letter from James Sheehy (2017-12-15) is not found in the record. This is not surprising since such a letter would be considered inappropriate and also inappropriate to be enter into the record or to even be considered. The Sheehy letter was written by Dr. Sheehy 12 days after a Non-Final Rejection. Prosecution of the application continued, including amendments in response to the NFR, and then a Final Rejection on March 30, 2018. Then on May 24, 2018 Dr. Sheehy submitted a declaration asserting that the written description was “enabled via the physics described in the specification and described in peer reviewed papers, which were provided in evidence. That was not enough and the rejection was not withdrawn. Dr. Pais attorney, Mark O. Glut, filed an Appeal Brief about four weeks after submission of the Sheehy declaration. Mr. Glut’s arguments were masterfully constructed. The examiner did not file a response to the Appeal Brief but rather allowed the claims. In other words, Dr. Sheehy’s inappropriate letter implying that the Navy should receive a patent because it was important to the US didn’t carry any weight with the USPTO and the USPTO only considered proper legal arguments, law, and facts in evidence. Mr. Glut’s arguments were so good that I have saved them because I might be able to use them in some of my own cases where the issue of enablement comes into play.

  2. I should mention that Sheehy’s comments were eventually submitted along with the Appeal Brief. A key problem was that claim 1 claimed an inner resonant cavity wall, an outer resonant cavity wall,the inner resonant cavity wall and the outer resonant cavity wall forming a resonant cavity; and, microwave emitters such that the microwave emitters create high frequency electromagnetic waves throughout the resonant cavity causing the outer resonant cavity wall to vibrate in an accelerated mode and create a local polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall. However, Sheehy admitted that “this mode of acceleration the state of the possible”. Thus, the written description failed to demonstrate that the inventor had “possession” of microwave emitters that could create high frequency EM waves to vibrate cavity walls resulting in “a polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall.” if this patent were ever challenged in court it would be found invalid. Some reasons: lack of possession, lack of enablement, ineligible subject matter. The ineligible subject matter problem is due to the fact that without showing how to make the magic microwave emitters the claim essentially claims all microwave emitters that might work without showing even one that would get the job done, essentialy claiming a physical principle of operation (which is not patentable in itself) without the actual apparatus. Sheehy’s last comment made no sense at all. “I would prefer we hold the patent as opposed to paying forever more to use this revolutionary technology.” If, for example, China developed the emitter technology, they could patent the emitters and make the US patented craft and the US could not make a working model without paying China royalties on the emitters. If the US decided to demand royalties for the craft based on the Navy’s patent, China would challenge the validity of the patent showing the navy never had a working model or even a blueprint of how to make a working model. The patent that was issued to the Navy is worthless.

  3. There was an error in post immediately above.

    However, Sheehy admitted that “this mode of acceleration the state of the possible”

    This statement should have said
    However, Sheehy admitted that “this mode of acceleration / motion is beyond the state of the possible”

  4. Great article. Please follow up and keep us informed. Remember, especially with a govt agency. always follow the money. Look forward to hearing from you soon…. Respectfully yours, RK
