Five Questions That May COMPLETELY Change Your Opinion on The Boston Bomber’s Guilt (Part 4)

Part 3 here

These final two points are the most compelling of the five questions, and I believe that had the jurors been allowed to consider these, they may not have been able to find the younger Tsarnaev guilty.

Was Tamerlan Tsarnaev alive when he was brought into custody?

A video (below) appeared on TV, appearing to depict the Boston Police Department as they arrest the older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. It appears to show the 26 year old being escorted to BPD vehicle whilst naked and handcuffed.  He was clearly not wounded. This completely contradicts the official reports, which claim that Tamerlan was shot by police and then somehow run-over by his own younger brother in their stolen SUV in Sommerville, MA. If this was Tamerlan, then this means he was likely executed, or brutally murdered after this news footage was shot. Have a gander at the video below.

In addition to this, there appears to be eyewitness evidence from a radio broadcast which was dated to Friday April 19, 2013 on WEEI 93.7 FM in Boston. A caller named “Linda” explains how the shootout allegedly occurred on Dexter Street in Watertown during the early morning hours, as shown in the video below

She is describes how she saw the first suspect, Tamerlan, get run over by a police SUV and then mortally wounded by multiple police gun shots, after which time the police began their incredible manhunt for the second suspect Dzhokhar. She ends the interview by stating how the police had ordered her to stay inside, or ‘shelter in place’ for the remainder of the evening.

Dzhokhar exited the boat uninjured, yet, he was hospitalized later with a ‘throat injury’. How was the injury really administered? How could he have penned such a perfect confession whilst hiding under a boat tarp in the middle of a fire-fight with a mortal injury?

The FBI had the kid cornered, however they determined that it was necessary to unleash a hailstorm of bullets. They have declined to discuss what prompted the mass gunfire, other than zealous rage, and Boston Police have yet to explain how Dzhokhar’s throat became so badly wounded. He was in serious condition, hospitalized at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and left unable to speak for many weeks afterwards. Helicopter footage from the arrest also appears to show the suspect climbing out from under a tarp without injuries, even though police insist he was bleeding all day from “gun-shot wounds” sustained during his escape.

Then there is the perfectly scripted ‘confession’ note, ringed by bullet holes as though the police were oh-so concerned that they might destroy the kid’s letter, it is simply amazing that the bullets all missed the main body of the writing. A few  streams of  dried blood is observed, having flowed down from above. The note said to have been written by Dzhokhar at night and in the dark under the tarp of a boat during the police stand-off, neatly scribbled on the inside wall of the boat.

It was a long piece, which included such stereotypical tropes as ‘Mujahideen’, ‘Koran’ and ‘paradise’. This set of images were absolutely key pieces of evidence presented the prosecution to exact the boy’s guilt, yet these photographs which submitted by the DOJ appear to be ‘undated.’ This writing also seems to speak of how the kid was “jealous” his older brother for his death…. Which seems to run contrary to his current thirst for life, seeing as he is seeking life imprisonment after all.

It’s certain that Dzhokhar would have done or said anything in order to avoid the death penalty. As such, given the fact that the judge and jury had long condemned him as guilty, he seems to have allowed his lawyers to argue for his life, rather than his innocence.

  1. So far, my mind has not been changed. The circumstances may not have been as the police described them-they rarely are-but that does not make the brothers less guilty of the crime.
