Your smart phone has more computing power than the Apollo spacecraft.  Instead of downloading wallpapers and different applications it is time for your phone to be updated with something more powerful.

Drones Can Be Dangerous In the Wrong Hands

2

Written by: Anon.Dos

They can be operated from almost anywhere and can be a potential threat to people; drones can be deadly in the wrong hands.

New York Police Department is desperately finding ways to stop a possible future attack by a drone. The department says they do not have any intel that posses any threat, but it is always better to be safe than being sorry. They say that a fun recreational drone can become as something that could be used as a dangerous tool. Especially when they get hacked. Some weeks ago we reported about a drone that was hacked and controlled by the group AnonSec http://anonhq.com/anonsec-hacked-drone and that UAV drones were hacked by Iraqi insurgents http://anonhq.com/uav-drones-hacked-by-iraqi-insurgents

drones can be dangerous2

Chief DiPace of NYPD says that this technology is customizable and can be used in various ways to pose threat. He also said that he has seen some videos that show drones flying around and hitting targets accurately with a paintball gun attached to them. Who knows they could be customized to carry explosives as well.

After seeing a drone landing right in front of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel podium it ringed to us what if there was a bomb attached to that drone. Drones are increasing in the air space of America because we think of them as a cool gadget for now. But future is a major concern of NYPD and should be a major concern to the companies that are making them.

G20’s Police State in Australia

3

If you act in accordance with directions that are given…disturbances will be kept to a minimum. If you undergo searching while going about your business because you have certain (eggs, big protest signs, loud noises) goods in your possession…disturbances will be kept to a minimum. “The interaction that they [the public] may have with members of the police service and security forces will be different. It’s important for members of the public to be aware of what restrictions[1] come into effect in the declared zones.”

Scary stuff. Are we talking about Russia? No. The United States? No. China perhaps? No. The above quotes are from Queensland’s Law Society president, Ian Brown. Australia, the “lucky country.” The G20 Summit has arrived, and along with it, the police state has been declared. Not officially, of course. But it’s there, and the message is clear. Magistrate Courts are scheduled to run 24 hours a day[2] for the G20 duration, just in case.

Police prepare to fire rubber bullets at protestors

Sessions are to be live streamed on the internet, for society to see. It is a reminder of 1984, Brave New World, possibly Minority Report. These are works of fiction, not works of Australian society of course, but the ‘she’ll be right, mate,’ attitude has all but dwindled, it’s passion for thy neighbor stomped out in ash. Designated areas for peaceful protestors who have to register their interest in protesting, have been set aside. The Mayor has urged for locals to remain in the city to set an example to the rest of the world how wonderful Australia really is. It’s like painting a canvas by number. Protesters over there; an empty street over there; mother pushing child in pram over here. Yes, yes, Australia is beautiful, see our landscape and wonderful people [told not to travel on certain roads and to postpone trips out of the city]…come join us, we welcome everyone; we’ll even have the police take photos of the happy protestors[3] for memorabilia [who fit the criteria and may risk passing information on to foreign spy services].The staging of G20 is endless. The numbers revolving around G20 are staggering. Let’s take a look:

  • Overall cost: approximately $468 million[4] of which $370 million will be distributed to host meetings.[5]
  • Approximately 3500[6] Queensland Police Officers and 1500 New Zealand and State Police Officers at around $97 million.
  • 2000 ADF personnel to support Police. (Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force).[7]
  • Running of the Magistrates courts 24/7 over the G20 duration.

The history of the G20 summit extends back to 1999 as a meeting of central bank governors and finance ministers converged in the aftermath of the Asian Financial Crisis. In 2008, the first official G20 leaders’ summit was held in the shadows of the Global Financial Crisis. Since then, G20 leaders have met a number of times and there is now a summit each year. You can find out more about the official line of the Australian G20 summit here.

#OpNewblood – Anonymous is Recruiting

211

Over the years computers have become a part of our daily modern existence. From texting to watching movies, posting on Facebook or sharing pictures on Instagram over to Tweeting random thoughts, these things have become so common that our daily lives are incomplete without them. But with all these electronic interacting devices, groups and networks lies a thin line of security risk. More or less, this “risk” is based within the machine or the device itself. With a fear that people can exploit those vulnerabilities and alter the information for various reasons – Hacker – was the title crowned to those individuals who could manipulate electronic information systems, and as time passed the term hacker got a bad reputation.

big

We Are Anonymous. We are Legion.
We do not forgive. We do not forget.
Expect us.

Anonymous is not just a collective of hackers or people who like to go over discussion boards and talk about hacking random websites. We are not just a group of people who do this for fun. Our mission is to help people interested in making this world a better place for our families and our children. We are a family:

We are citizens of the world who bear witness to tyranny, oppression and censorship.

We are activists who seek to change the system and the cycle of corruption.

We seek to create transparency in governments and all institutions of public service.

We resist those who seek to violate our rights as human beings.

As a collective of autonomous individuals however,

WE HAVE NO LEADERS who dictate the methods of resistance.

Some of us are indeed hackers, who use our skills to make critical information available to the public.

Some of us organize protests and rallies.

Some of us volunteer our time to feed those who can’t feed themselves.

We are your neighbours, your friends, and your relatives.

We prepare your food, repair your appliances, write your books, compose your music, and create your technology.

We are your postal workers, barbers, store clerks and lawyers.

We are socialists, capitalists, we are atheists and we are religious, WE ARE EVERYONE

and we are no one.

NONE OF US ARE AS POWERFUL AS ALL OF US.

Anyway, we are looking for those enthusiastic individuals who can become a part of our cause, think like us and work like us, believe in what we believe and become a member of our team, become Anonymous.

To help you understand what we are and how you can become a member of the Anonymous collective ; we have a dedicated web page (https://newblood.anonops.com) that will help you guide through. You are now Anonymous, but you were already. We are legion. We are expecting you.

United as One,

Divided by Zero.

WE ARE ANONYMOUS.

Anonymous Answers To The Evening Standard Article

33

Written by: Eight

In response to the article about Anonymous in the Evening Standard

(6th November 2014, by Benedict Moore-Bridger and Ben Morgan, UK):

Anonymous fights for Global Freedom. We fight against Government Corruption, Company Wrongdoing, the ongoing surveillance expansion, and anything we believe is unethical. In addition, this is an anti-violence movement, although there are some people, belonging to this group, who believe violence is the key to solving these problems.

We fight for what is right, and we fight against those who are wrong. This should be a big enough reason for everyone to support and join this ‘idea’ or collective. The Newspaper Evening Standard does not show they believe Anonymous is a positive movement against change, as they did not write about what we stand for, but chose to write about the fact that Ms. McGuire, 31, was “terrified” when she walked through the march.

Quoting Ms. McGuire, “hundreds of masked people being very violent” – that is an exaggeration- there were some people being violent, as I do not believe they understood that this is a peaceful movement. You cannot generalize Anonymous, because of your experience with one person, and you cannot say that it was because of your accent. No one would target you for your accent, but for your actions.

Furthermore, this statement should be considered bias, as it speaks about one person’s actions, and makes the whole group look bad. Everyone knows the danger of generalizations and misinterpretations, and the journalists that wrote this article should have considered this. I was present in the march in London, and I felt like we were all united, and that Anonymous is a family that shares the same values, and uses it as a common ground to fight for what we believe in, together.

ANON

I personally think it is ridiculous how the media is controlled and censured to the point where the only article in the Evening Standard, regarding last night’s manifestation is about the fact that a girl was “terrified” because she is afraid of the masks. Under those masks, there are people that have a voice, and we are using it, because we have woken up, opened our eyes, and realized what is happening around us.

We are under total control and people don’t care. Why? Because they are being distracted by Materialism, and by what they haven’t bought, which they “really need”. People really need houses, jobs, water, food, freedom of speech. No one needs a new collection Gucci bag.

People like Ms. McGuire are the perfect example of that. I apologize, in name of Anonymous, for someone having pushed you, but we are just trying to make a point. And the point is that we should all have freedom of speech, and the 99% does not want to live under the conditions they do because of the selfish 1%.

Again, I cannot believe this article does not talk about courage, and about freedom, because at the end of the day, we are not just fighting for ourselves, but we are fighting for the taxi drivers, the baristas, the artists, the writers, the doctors, the mothers, the fathers, the grandmothers, the new generation, and for Ms. McGuire herself. We are fighting for everyone else that has still not woken up. We are fighting for you.

But I can tell you something, today, the taxi drivers that asked us what we were protesting for, they now know, and everyone that saw the masks on november 5th 2014, they now know it is an important symbol, and they will never forget it. We are taking small steps, so one day the future generation will have what we want, and what we fought for our whole lives. One day this will happen, and the ones that stayed behind will regret ever doubting us.

To conclude, the purpose of this response is not coming out of anger, I am writing to inform you. Newspapers like the Evening Standard are used to share important information about current events happening worldwide. I am writing a response to this article, as I want to make you understand that people tend to focus on the bad things, as well as exaggerate. There are always two sides of the story, and as journalists, Benedict Moore-Bridger and Ben Morgan, shouldn’t have been bias, but should have opened their eyes and written an article that shows people who we really are and what we really stand for. As a supporter of the Anon ideologies, I want to say that the protest was not as violent as the media makes it seem, and that our ideologies should be more valued. This is because, at the end of the day, we are fighting for you too.
